Packages that are returned to us as undeliverable are issued a full refund.
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order.
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order ships.
If a cancellation is placed after the order ships it is up to the customer to refuse the package.
All package contents must be in "as new" condition and all items must be delivered in a single package in order to be refunded.
